SWAT is a wonderful dog with an excellent temperament who has produced some fantastic pups who are doing well in training for Search and Rescue, Therapy, Obedience, and prep work for Schutzhund. So far we have only added comments from one owner, but have many, many more glowing reports from the other owners to add hopefully in the near future.

SWAT has been bred to both Sniper and Twister but we will know who the sire is due to the extreme amount of time between being bred to each stud. We believe that they will be Twister pups. The pups are due in Feb. 2012 and deposits are now being taken.

She has been tested for the long coat gene and is negative. This means that her pups will be standard coated, yet carry the long coat gene and should be able to produce some long coats if bred to a dog carrying the long coat gene.

SWAT has a beautiful straight back, powerful movements, and very good prey drive. She and her mother Binka keep the mice, groundhog, possum, mole, and rabbit population under control around the house.

Her black and tan working bloodline sire is Maja. His parents were imported from Germany. We got him off a police officer who was going to train him for police work but never got the time to do so.

Her working bloodline black German Shepherd dam is Binka,who came from a professional working dog breeder/trainer and her grand-sire was a top bomb detection dog imported from Czech.

Both of SWAT’s parents are/were straight backed German Shepherds with beautiful conformation.
